The records for the top 10 athletes for each road race distance.
Rules for inclusion in club records
Times must be verifiable with online results or press report.
The athlete must be an AAC member when the time was run, but can be running in a representative team (county, forces, school, charity, employer).
Times not included if runner was representing another club of which they are a member in that event.
Where available chip times are used.
Parkruns and other time-trials do not qualify.
