The last few weeks have been busy on track and field side.

Welsh National Championships

Maddie Kingston went to the U17 Welsh National Championships and competed in 100m, 300m and 300m hurdles. Maddie came away with a silver medal in the 300m hurdles 47.32 seconds.

Oxford Junior League

We had a great turn out in the Oxford Junior League on 11th August, there were lots of PBs with the U15 boys team coming 3rd overall.

OCAC midweek open

The OCAC midweek open was a great evening with lots of AAC vests, particular highlights were:

Luke Chown - 100m 11.28 and 200m 22.68 SB

James Scott - 100m 11.42 and 200m 22.90

Harrison Wright - 100m 11.56 and 200m 24.64

Taimaru Bidlot - 100m 12.17 PB and 200m 24.99 PB

Maddie Kingston - 100m 13.32 - 200m 26.88 PB

Imogen Ford - 200m 27.91

Midland League

In the Midland League at the weekend our small team performed well with lots of great results. Well done to the following who had some fantastic results:

Jane ran a season's best in the 1500m despite having run in the 800m already that day.

Luke Lorenzi, Taimaru Kimber-Bidlot, James Scott and Liam Day came 2nd in the 4 x 100m relay, and Harry RIchards got an excellent time in the 1500m.
