Oxford Junior League
We had a great turnout for the last of the Oxford Junior League at Tilsley Park on Sunday and the threatened thunder storms held off.
Lots of PB’s and some new athletes competing for the first time.
In the Quad Kids match the team came 3rd overall, with the U11G team coming 2nd.
In U13 to U17’s match Abingdon came 3rd overall in both individual points and League points, in a close race with Banbury AC.
The U13 and U17G teams each came 3rd in their matches.

A big thank you
Finally, a big thank you must go to the Team Manager, Josie Brown, for all the hard work over the season. Also to the coaches and helpers who got the athletes ready. And not forgetting our team of officials who turn up to all of the competitions - without them the competitions could not go ahead.
